Help for Streamore on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV

It helps to include your device model, iOS/tvOS version, and what you were doing when the issue happened.
Streamore is a “bring your own media” player. It ships empty and plays content from sources you connect — there’s no built-in catalog, store, or content discovery. You stay in control of what you watch and where it comes from.
The app is empty — where’s the content?
That’s expected. Streamore is a player, not a content service. Open Settings → Sources and add your own source to start watching.
What kinds of sources can I add?
A video won’t play or shows a black screen.
Streamore uses Apple’s built-in player by default and automatically falls back to its bundled Custom Player engine for formats Apple can’t open. If something still won’t play, open Settings → Player and switch the playback engine (Automatic / AVKit / Custom Player), then try again. Also double-check the source URL/credentials and that the stream works in another player.
Posters and descriptions aren’t showing.
Artwork and descriptions are optional and powered by The Movie Database (TMDB). Add your own TMDB access token in Settings to enable metadata enrichment.
How do I sync my library across my devices?
Streamore can sync your sources, favorites, watch progress, and profiles through your own private iCloud. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account on each device and that iCloud sync is enabled in Settings.
How do profiles work?
You can create multiple profiles (like a household). Favorites, watch progress, and some preferences are kept per profile, while your connected sources are shared. Switch or manage profiles from the profile menu.
How do I remove my data?
Delete sources, favorites, or profiles inside the app; turn off iCloud sync in Settings to stop syncing; or delete the app to remove its local data from a device. See the privacy policy for details.
